Privacy notice

Short version: we collect what you send us, use it to answer you, and don’t sell it to anybody. The longer version is below.

Who we are

MosStone Property Ltd, Suffolk, United Kingdom, is the data controller for information you give us through this website. Contact: sam@mosstoneproperty.com or 07890 566668.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

What we collect

  • What you type into a form: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and whatever you write in the message, plus any options you select such as timescale, strategy or capital range.
  • Which page you sent it from, so we know what you were reading when you got in touch.
  • Nothing else. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers. If analytics are ever added, a cookie notice will appear and you can decline it.

Your choice of investor or seller path is stored in your own browser so the contact form can pre-select the right option. It never leaves your device and you can clear it by clearing your browser data.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

  • To answer your enquiry — legitimate interests, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
  • To send you investment opportunities, if you registered for deal flow and ticked the box — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • To meet legal obligations, including anti-money-laundering checks where a transaction proceeds.

Who sees it

Sam Mosse. Where you ask us to introduce you to a delivery partner — Expert Property Shop for a managed sale, or Pattinson Auction for an auction sale — we’ll pass on only what’s needed, and we’ll tell you before we do it. We don’t sell, rent or trade personal data, ever.

Our email and form providers process data on our behalf under contract. They don’t use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t go anywhere are deleted within two years. Records relating to an actual transaction, including AML checks, are kept for as long as the relevant regulations require and then disposed of.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we’re using it, or withdraw consent for marketing. Email sam@mosstoneproperty.com and we’ll deal with it within a month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We’d rather you told us first so we can put it right.
